During the last 20 years many of Nobels´ designs have been praised in reviews worldwide. It started with the legendary red “Sound Studio” headphone amps, which have been called “the Cadillac of headphone amps” in the USA. In 1988 German “Fachblatt” magazine wrote about the first fully programmable 19” guitar preamp: “Without comparison! Recommended with no restrictions!”. Similar praise was heard about our MS-8 Midi switcher, which was originally developed for Fender USA.

Over the years some Nobels devices like the Mycro-Series headphone amps, the GC-16 amplifiers and our pedals PRE-1 and AB-1 have turned into classics which are played in many countries worldwide (sometimes under a different name). The inconspicious ODR-1 Overdrive - on the market for over 10 years - has just recently been discovered by many Nashville studio guitarists and called their favourite, which generates a huge demand in the USA.

“I have a Problem!” This customer statement led to the development of the Compact Series (“Musicians Little Helpers”) - small but rugged units that help to solve problems on a small budget. “Best value for money”, “Sensational price”, “Ingenious and simple” and “Accessory of the month” are just a few of the statements about the Compact Series that could be found in magazine reviews from the USA, England, Japan, Australia, France, Germany, etc.
Here at Nobels it is our reward for all the hard work when our products are received well by the music scene, be it the praised MF-2 Footcontroller or the brand new MS-4 Midi Switcher.
